Exchanges:

Exchanges can ONLY happen ONCE. If your exchange request is approved and you order another size, there will be NO MORE exchanges or refunds.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at merchgorilla.com@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the defect or damage. We will provide a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
